We surveyed 200+ manufacturers. Then we built what they actually needed.

From mapping the friction to a working system
Why UnBoring B2B was created
Before launching UnBoring B2B, our work building BnS (an industrial discovery and RFQ marketplace) brought us face-to-face with hundreds of shop floor owners, plant managers, and sales engineers across India.
Everyone was being pitched complex multi-crore digital transformations or generic SaaS toolkits. Yet walk onto almost any plant floor, and you find the true heartbeat of the business running on WhatsApp voice notes, paper job cards, and spreadsheets that only one dispatcher knows how to update.
The bottleneck was never willingness to adopt modern technology. The bottleneck was friction. Software vendors demanded that workers change their natural habits to suit rigid software interfaces.
UnBoring was founded on a simple premise: build lightweight, domain-specific AI workflows that adapt to how industrial teams already operate. Capture data invisibly, automate the boring handoffs, and liberate top engineers to do real engineering.

Our guiding principles
Three commitments that shape every system we ship.
Start on the floor
Software architects usually design in air-conditioned offices. We start where the metal gets cut and parts get packed. If it does not make the operator or supervisor faster in their boots, it does not belong in the plant.
Build around what exists
Telling an established factory to replace their ERP is irresponsible. Your current tools hold decades of operational memory. We build intelligent bridges that plug into your existing databases, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp groups.
Measure what matters
We do not measure success by algorithms deployed or dashboards viewed. We measure hours removed from administrative chores, quote response velocity, and mistakes eliminated during shift transitions.
