By accessing this website, booking a discovery consultation, or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.

UnBoring B2B provides applied artificial intelligence diagnostics, workflow architecture, and engineering implementation sprints. Specific project scope, timelines, deliverables, and service fee schedules are formalized under custom Statements of Work (SOW) executed between UnBoring B2B and the client.

Upon complete settlement of agreed fees for customized development sprints, all proprietary workflow scripts, customized integrations, and tailored models developed specifically for the client become the sole property of the client. UnBoring B2B retains ownership of underlying general tooling, open-source libraries, and reusable frameworks.

Successful workflow automation requires timely collaboration. Clients agree to provide reasonable access to designated personnel, testing environments, and documentation necessary for technical evaluation and integration.

While our systems are engineered for high operational accuracy, artificial intelligence and machine learning components generate probabilistic outputs. Critical business decisions, final engineering drawing releases, and formal contract signatures should retain human verification protocols where safety or statutory compliance is required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UnBoring B2B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, operational interruptions, or data errors, exceeding the total amount paid by the client under the applicable Statement of Work.

These terms and any agreements arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
